Supervision
I provide individual clinical supervision to therapists working toward LCSW licensure in Pennsylvania, as well as consultation and ongoing supervision for fully licensed therapists around the world. My goal is to create an open, honest, collaborative space where you can get the support you need to grow into a skilled, confident clinician. Iām invested not just in helping you navigate cases and sharpen your clinical skills, but also in helping you understand what makes you you as a therapist - your unique strengths and voice - and in helping you build a practice that feels sustainable and fulfilling.
What can I expect?
A focus on specific cases so that you can develop and deepen your case conceptualizations, build clinical skills rooted in psychodynamic theory, somatic therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), and strengthen your ability to work both in-the-moment and across the arc of treatment
A relational approach where you can explore the transference, countertransference, and intersubjective dynamics at play, including how identity, power, privilege, and lived experience may be impacting the therapeutic relationship
Support in processing the emotional impact of this work and setting the boundaries and structure you need to prevent burnout and build a sustainable practice
To build your confidence by identifying and honing your unique strengths, offerings, and orientation to the work
